Wanna have more fun with your character voices? Well… here’s how!
Today is day six of my archetype voice challenge — where I build a new character voice every day and actually show the messy process of making new voices, not just the end result.
Today, I deal with a familiar problem: Sometimes you get a script and… it just doesn’t give you much. You’re not feeling it. It’s just not… fun!
So instead of “trying harder,” I use some simple hacks to have fun again.
In this video, I show:
* How to work when a script feels flat or uninspiring
* Ways to get lines and voices back into the body
* Using accents, physicality, and playful props to unlock something truthful
* Letting go of perfection and focus on energy instead
